Enfield's Labour Council has identified the current site as suitable for a residential-led, mixed-use development in the emerging Labour Local Plan.

Southbury Leisure Park is approximately 7.3 acres in area, and is tenanted by Cineworld, Pizza Hut, TGI Fridays, Wagamama and Five Guys.
